Customer Service Officer at CJ Academy

This position involves direct interaction with customers and potential students, providing information about courses or workshops, and assisting in the sales process. Customer Service Officer are often the front-line representatives of a company and play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of CJ Academy’s courses or services to effectively answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
- Sales Assistance: Assist customers in selecting products, demonstrating features, and explaining benefits to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Sales Process: Participate in the sales process from start to finish, including product presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell related products or services to maximise sales revenue.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are properly displayed.
- Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Operate the cash register or POS system to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Sales Reporting: Keep track of daily sales activities and provide sales reports to management as required.
- Product Promotions: Promote and execute sales promotions, discounts, and special offers to attract and retain customers.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to customers.
